Return Policy

Firstly, the customer needs to drop off a return request with customer care support. Once the request is accepted, the customer may receive a return pickup confirmation by mail.
Further, the return is only processed within 7 days of purchasing the product and if the product is in good condition without any damage.
In certain cases, if the courier is not available, then the customer has to return the product on their own by packaging it appropriately and delivering it to our address.
Once we receive the refund, based on the condition of the product, we will process the refund within 7 days of the purchase.
In the event of an exchange, we will ship a new product to our customers when we receive the old one.
